Terms:

This agreement, will begin upon acceptance, and will include all agreed to sessions. Fees are due upon acceptance of this agreement. Full payment and direct debit payment plans are to be fulfilled as agreed and all payments are nonrefundable.

Declaration:

I understand that I am working with Sally Jane Douglas for mentoring in the realm of personal, interpersonal and emotional support at the agreed fee. This does not include technical or back-end set up.

Mentoring is distinctly different from counselling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems.
